The course has been developed in an effort to use the available IT infrastructure to improve presentation and communication skills on cyberspace. This course will help an individual to use different tools and techniques that are available on cyberspace in order to reach to people and interact with people across the globe. The course has been divided into five modules which will give you an insight into the process of communication, netiquettes, ICT tools used for presentation and group discussions.
